Personal Information:
After spending many years working as a CPA in the banking industry, I
began teaching at BRTC in January of 2001. I enjoy sharing my work
experience with my accounting students and I know the real-world applications
make the subject matter easier to learn. My husband, Victor, and I have
two teenage sons, a spoiled chocolate lab, and two ornery cats. We live on
the farm just south of Pocahontas and are active members of Sutton Free Will
Baptist Church. Outside of school, I enjoy attending ball games, going to
movies, working in the yard, reading, and playing the piano. Oh, and
eating out!
